Avoid if Possible

Pros

You get to set your own hours. Flexible work schedule with minimal oversight. Trainer in Illinois/Indiana is top notch and a fantastic person in general. It's a shame they stretch him so thin though.

Cons

Where to begin? First you will have to fight to get paid properly. Track what you do and how long you were at site! DOCUMENT EVERYTHING! You will need this later to get paid. The support group in Missoula, MT that you deal with regularly have a substantial turnover rate. All emails you have been sending regarding site access aren't picked up by the next employee. They no longer pay you for planning work, prepping supplies, checking/sending emails, or calling sites to schedule access. You will essentially work for free several hours per week. The more you learn, the less you will make. They are taking on jobs for the sake of gaining work but bid entirely way to low on said jobs. You will undergo training and be given new assignments only to learn that you'll actually be making less money on the new assignment than you were previously making. It's so backwards. Like they need an elite 5 to do this project every Wed, oh and it pays half of what you normally make. If you refuse there's the door. Management (Director) is running it into the ground.

A Low Paying McJob

Pros

I appreciated the semi-flexible schedule. Working in and around every part of a bank was interesting at times. Once you get the hang of the basic cleaning and service work, it is not all that hard. If you prefer working independently this might be perfect for you. The head office support staff was very nice. The training was good, although very fast paced. The parts department was always great to deal with.

Cons

You'll have keep up with constantly changing policies. You'll get limited support when you are in the field so you better be well prepared. You can expect abysmally low automobile mileage reimbursement which drags down your net pay. Don't expect any raises for the first year on the job, and only small ones after that. You can't afford to make any mistakes or overlook even the smallest detail when doing your work. There is no paid time off and virtually no benefits.

Pros

None! Avoid at all cost!

Cons

This place will not take care of it’s employee’s. They will not give you any raise until you get a offer from another company. They will work you to death and still expect you to still preform to their satisfaction without anything in return. This is the worst possible company you can ever work for. They will spy on you with their driving policies and the in vehicle camera. Some of the field managers are great but above them is where they don’t care but they will tell you they care! But believe me they don’t care they only want to control employees until they find a new job. I can tell you the money is there but they only care about putting it in their pockets. They run the company thinking the employees are contractors because they come from the UK. Now if you want to be ruled by the order of they KING then this is the place for you. You will give them 100% but they will only show you 1%. If you want a good or great company to work for believe me this is not the one!!
