The mission to solve financial anxiety is incredibly motivating and attracts passionate, high-caliber people. It's amazing to work with a world-class team that is so dedicated. There's an immense sense of ownership, and everyone has a direct impact on the product and our users. We're working on genuinely cutting-edge AI in the fintech space, which is a huge plus.
Cons
As a very early-stage startup, we are resource-constrained, which means we have to be extremely focused and can't pursue every good idea. The pace is intense, and the work-life balance can be a challenge as we build everything from the ground up. We are still creating many processes as we go, which requires a high tolerance for ambiguity.
