      The managers don’t do anything but sit at their desk all day when you ask for help they treat you like you’re stupid this is not a place to work because you will quit

      Poorly lead small business. Really sad. Employee beware. This is not the place for the long term at all

      Pros

      Great technology. That's about it. But you can't have the technology without the people. Nothing else to say here at all

      Cons

      Poor leadership. The Florida call center is often ignored by the Canadian head office. No benefits at all Compensation is poor Canadian company ignorant of US laws
