So I worked for this garbage company for almost two years. There is absolutely no pros to working at this worthless company. The management team is a bunch of idiots like the blind leading the blind. They do not care about their employees they will make you do slave work for low pay. You cannot get ahead no matter what you do as favoritism runs wild here. An employee that was working here liked to play games all the time with the customer account's and even sent cuss words on a legal government form but did this garbage company fire this idiot. No they let him stay working. The team leaders are a bunch of idiots they do not know how to lead, they never encourage you or cheer you on when you do something right but are always looking for what you have done wrong. You are forced to do alot of work for a small amount of pay. I was sexualy harassed and talked to the lead manager. They had a hard time not laughing at what I was telling them. No care or concern for my well being. My team leader was always on everyone's butt and took everything personally. She would pull you from your desk and have one on one meetings about only the things you have done wrong nothing that you have done right. The CEO walks around with his head held high while all this is going on as he thinks he is the king of the world. I worked there for almost two years and only got a 0.38 cent raise. No advancement opportunities unless you want to be a team leader and that's it and only if they like you. No matter what your skill set is. Do not work for this company unless you like being over worked and under paid, being treated like trash everyday you come to work, working hard and only getting recognize for what wrong you have done. Management not caring about anything but themselves , the turn over is horrible I was in a class of 20 and I was the last one that was still working there like an idiot. Trust me if I had the time I would stand outside of the work site and warn others not to work here. Working at centaur health solutions will be the biggest mistake you ever made an employment
