Just swinging by and saying how awesome this place was when I used to live in Sarasota.

Companies are not perfect, and there could have been more room to grow professionally if one wants to go to a different department

Cares about you and family time needed. Great benefits. Training and classes are encouraged.

There has been a lot of employee loss recently, including management. Smaller company so not a lot of opportunity to move-up in most departments.
