      Great educational programs, a beautiful campus, easy commute, great cafeteria

      disconnected management / exec staff. too many cooks in the kitchen.

      Good if you're new to higher ed

      Pros

      It's easier to get your career in higher ed started. The work hours are ok, the time off package was the only good thing.

      Cons

      They pay is horrible, employees are really underpaid in comparison to other schools. There's no follow through, management doesn't really seem to care.
