      Pros

      Beautiful environment, generous time off, honestly try to live what they teach, wonderful people.

      Cons

      Some challenges getting the right people in key roles but this isn't unique to this organization. This process can be messy and it was at times. I believe their intentions were good at every step.

      We have a very talented group of people working here, great benefits, great culture, as well as a great mission and vision.

      At this moment of time, I can't think of any cons. it's a busy place but the work is rewarding.

      Pros

      The CAC has worked very hard to create a professional non-profit organization. Collaboration is valued, and opinions are heard and implemented. Wonderful work environment Flexible hours outside of core time Competitive pay Remote work Excellent benefits Lots of time off

      Cons

      With a fully remote group, it can be easy to feel disconnected. Encouraging cross-team virtual fun events could help this.
