Pros

- Easy when/if you get used to doing the bare minimum - Nothing's expected of you besides blind loyalty - Clientele steals your heart - Training offered

Cons

- HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Micro-manage, unsupportive and influence cattiness and separation between staff. Secretive, deceptive and dishonest for reasons unknown? - The values of this company do not match the work ethic produced. - They are never wrong and rarely acknowledge any concerns & potential hazards which is a serious disservice to clientele because what needs improvement is never addressed and if you try to suggest improvement you are labeled a troublemaker. - extremely strange environment where everyone walks around pretending they are actually doing everything they can for the people they are supposed to be serving and the most loving, greatest place around but if you say anything that doesn't align with that sparkling ( false ) view or try to be more productive than what's expected, you get in trouble. It feels like you're in the twilight zone. - seriously impaired communication & treatment of people who aren't part of "certain" social groups... very alarming considering the clientele they service.

Pros

Occasionally I thought I made an actual difference in the lives of these young, pregnant, or new mothers who were alcohol and/or drug dependent, encouraging them to stay sober and strive to become good mothers.

Cons

Not enough staff, too much responsibility, including staff having to clean bathrooms, hallways, mop floors, clients fighting among themselves and with staff, not enough vehicles, door locks that were often jammed and didn't open easily (every bathroom, closet, etc was locked).
