Pros

Great culture, employee-centric operations and policies. Overall a great place to work with good benefits.

Cons

Pay is completely unfair for long-time employees. We keep promoting leadership and creating new exec positions, but when supervisors and front line staff need raises, suddenly we don’t have any money.

Pros

Client focused Casual work environment Down to earth coworkers

Cons

Benefits package does not reflect the preferred qualifications for the professional and administrative postitions. The mindset of this company is very small town, but the company is expanding to serve more urban areas with a higher cost of living.
