      Pros

      The pay could be better, but the work environment and benefits make up for that. People are kind and like working here. That makes all the difference. Management is create, option to work from home, some flexibility with scheduling. Most importantly, the individuals and families you work with are great!

      Cons

      Pay could be better, but they are able to pay based upon how much the state will reimburse. Tricky for them. Otherwise, no other cons.
