Pros

CPD is a mission-driven organization with a deep commitment to its ideology and theory of change. It is a place where staff are encouraged to take bold action, experiment with new tactics, and be entrepreneurial. Staff are extremely smart and committed. CPD also provides competitive salaries, generous benefits, and encourages a healthy work-life balance.

Cons

Working in social justice movements at this time in US history can be discouraging.

Pros

Other than being able to work remotely, there were no other pros

Cons

Don't actually practice the issues they work on. Terrible hiring practices with no real consideration of background checks
