      They abuse the children and are willing to hide it they do not pay their employees and when you fill out a grievance for your pay you are dismissed they also tend to tell many lies to hide The illegal activities that they allowed to go on in the group homes please beware of this company and if you work there do not be afraid to speak up even if they fire you do what is right

      My colleagues were great for the most part, as was my supervisor. Decent benefits. Awesome residents.

      Cons

      The COO is a repulsive human being with no regard for his staff, save for the ones he hired directly (family friends etc. ). The favoritism here is so blatant. Never in my life have I seen such a poorly run, unprofessional organization. There is no room for advancement here, unless of course you are a personal friend of COO or CEO. Several were put in high paying positions which were arbitrarily created.
