      Working with families and seeing individuals meet other individuals impacted by vision loss and gain a sense of community

      Leadership was very vindictive at times created a negative work culture. Could prompt more diversity amongst leadership

      The usual nonprofit triage of a heavy caseload of work, lack of funding support to programs/low pay and overload of responsibilities reallocated to shrinking barebones staff.
