Pros

The company offers excellent healthcare coverage at a very affordable price. They also offer a competitive salary with a clear, and fair bonus structure as well as a generous 401K matching program.

Cons

They boast of their family oriented work environment and inclusion practices, but do not follow through. Long hours, little accommodations, and no flexibility is actually available. They ran a marketing program promoting women in the workforce with promises to support women and encourage growth, but in all actuality, reject and discriminate against women in the workforce - especially women with families. If you are a man looking to be part of a "boys-club", you will fit in well here. But if you are a working mother, you will be choosing between your job and your family, and will not receive support from managers (mostly men), C-level management, and (especially) Human Resources.

Pros

good medical benefits however this will be changing in 2017 with a high deductible plan annual bonus if company goals are met

Cons

they do not "pay for performance". only advancement opportunities are for men, not women. majority of the employees are overworked and under paid. disfunctional upper management team. HR individual has little experience and is not trustworthly. employees have nobody to go to with concerns or complaints employees treated unfairly (what applies to some does not apply to others)

Pros

Benefits - amazing - it is the only thing that keeps me here

Cons

We used to be a family, people would do anything for you. I never had to choose between my job and my family. That is no longer the case. All women in upper management were fired. We have a CEO who isn't in the office for more than 1.5 days a week. Terrible communications between management and employees. Promotions are great - if you are in the right department, and your not a woman. Otherwise you just get more work, and more excuses and no increase in pay.
