Pros
The pay is mildly okay.
Cons
Keeping it short: management is always distant from frontline workers, nobody cares if you actually get to take your breaks/lunches, and the training is so poor that you feel massively undertrained for what they are demanding. Also, I felt pressure to score people unfairly low on calls because "it gives the appearance our business is still necessary to these stupid tech companies". That sounds super shady to me!
