This company is like a family working towards a common goal. They are relentless in achieving it, while maintaining a friendly, but professional atmosphere. You will wear many hats, but will be deeply involved in their shared mission.
Cons
There is flexibility, but you have to sometimes be ok with ambiguity, which is often the case with a startup environment. Depending on who you are, this can be a good thing.
