Despite the positives, there were some frustrating aspects. When things went south on a project, it often turned into a blame game, and unfortunately, people in lower ranks, like myself, sometimes became the scapegoats. Another major frustration was the time tracking. They would meticulously track our hours and then send out emails about "short hours," which honestly felt like micromanagement and made us feel treated "like kids."
The office environment, while the team was good, had its issues. The building itself often had a bad smell, and the elevators were frequently out of order, making it clear that the building needed significant repair and renovation. And even though the team was supportive, there were occasional instances of office politics that could pop up.
