Pros

Nothing even the joke they call a paycheck is not worth the daughters kingdom that is built here. As others have noted on the Centon review this is the worst place in the world. The few people that think its ok are friends of the daughters or brainwashed at this point.

Cons

Having to go in to work and deal with all the useless crap from the "Rulers" that think its their own little world. If you have to beg on the street do that before working here. At least then you will have more self-respect at the end of the day and make more.

Terrible management, no leadership.

Pros

None to name. They buy the employees fast food the last day of every month. But would never consider sitting eating with them.

Cons

The condescending attitude and disrespect is to the extreme. It’s no wonder no one worth anything stays around. The “girls” expect you to work 24/7 and get mad if you don’t. They are immature, emotional, disrespectful and terrible leaders. Sales have continuously gone down since daddy left. It’s shocking they’ve made it this far.

A company operating on emotion and impulse that undervalues employees

Pros

The best thing about this company is the employees. They are hardworking

Cons

Employees are extremely undervalued and are expected to dedicate their lives to the business. Employee personal time is not respected by management. You are expected to work nights and weekends at managements beck-and-call. If you don't do these things your dedication to the company is questioned and you aren't considered a "team player." Also, decisions are made on a whim without thinking about possible long term affects of their decisions. Time is also wasted on projects to pinch pennies, instead of finding ways of making dollars. Company morale is low and there is no light at the end of the tunnel. You do not matter. They operate the business from a "Big Brother" business model, literally. Cameras are strategically placed and logged into a network so any member of the exec management can watch your every move. Pretty big time for a small time company. Management felt is was more important to frivolously spend money on spy cams instead of infusing it back into their employees.
