      Working at Central 23 is like a breath of fresh air, filled with a lovely and welcoming team! With the business constantly growing and expanding, there are always new opportunities to learn, innovate, and face exciting challenges every day. Collaborating with Lucky Egg and Fuzzy Stars in our creative, buzzing studio adds even more fun to the mix. Plus, working in Soho is a huge pro in itself – it’s such a vibrant and lively area with a tonne of creative inspiration.

      Cons

      While working at a fast-paced, growing company can be challenging, it also pushes us to grow, innovate, and improve. This makes every achievement even more rewarding and helps us develop further.

      Pros

      Central 23 values creativity and fun while getting results, everyone's ideas are heard, and our team works so well together! We share a creative studio with Lucky Egg and Fuzzy Stars and it is such a fun and inspiring space and a talented group of people. I've learned so much because the company trusts its employees, letting us dive into new projects and solve problems as we go. Since we're a small company, we're close to management, who listen to us and always look for ways to improve. I'm never bored, always challenged, and constantly learning. The team is fantastic, and working in Soho is a great bonus.

      With the company's fast growth and constant changes, it can be hard for some to keep up, but very motivating!

      Location in Soho. That's about it.

      Cons

      - Lack of on boarding process - CEOs want one person to do three people's jobs and not pay the correct salary for this! - One of the CEO's really needs to check his attitude. Seems like he's totally self-serving - No opportunity for career progression - Want you to work hard and not recognise the effort being put in - Lack empathy - Seem ageist and lack diversity in the team - They're not at all about being nice and positive - Forget about work/life balance. It will all be about work

You joined the company and have been with us throughout a tremendous amount of change; starting as a sales assistant at our concession in Topshop, advancing to the an Account Manager overseeing over £1M of business. We have added to our job descriptions and will do our best to be clear so that candidates looking to join Central 23 know what we are looking for; people that are self-motivated, proactive and able to pivot when necessary.
