Definately not a CAREER to desire. seems to be little care about employees from the corperate end. Been awaiting a review for 3 months . pay is next to nothing. Always pulling a manager from the store to go somewhere else, and bring in new managers off the street instead of promoting people who are well deserved of it from within the store. Employees Ive seen who performed inexcusible action at work never got fired, wrote up, and barely even talked to about what they were doing even when it was a danger and embarassing to the rest of our employees and customers.

Used to be a lot of great employees, but this company is drenched in favoritism, no raise for years, none of us has EVER HAD A REVIEW! And some have been there over 10 years. There are a lot of other jobs, so my suggestion is to keep looking. In my 30 years of working, this is the absolute worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working for. I have an interview this week, so I can’t wait to quit this place. They don’t care, though. They have the mind set that everyone is replaceable. What they don’t realize is in many cases, the people they are hiring call in all the time or don’t show up to work at all. It’s a revolving door and they still don’t want to give any type of recognition to long time employees who actually care. Pathetic. Read the other reviews that are negative, trust me, it’s all true. Can’t wait to get out of that place, I use to like going to work, now I cry every day and dread going, it’s making me sick. I’ll work anywhere to just get out of that place as soon as possible.
