1. Low Salary as the inflation is peaking and your friends/juniors in private sector will earn more 2. Increasing workload as new work is coming up while old work still continues. 3. CSS Cadre people fight cases against each other which delays promotions. 5. No power/authority. 6. At DS/Director level, seniors from other Services come to Ministries which reduces available seats for CSS employees.
