Gives nice freebies occasionally, such as coffee mugs, occasionally clothing with a company logo.

Cons

sweatshop. You are expected to 'make production' as if in a factory - and that in a way is what it is, a factory. People are but commodities, no matter what mgt. says.

Most employees are very nice and easy to get along with. Decent benefits package.

Cons

Where do I begin? -Low pay -Zero overtime compensation when working installs (hours worked on installs vary from 40 to 60+ hours a week) -Management is terrible (one ISR manager is very condescending and petty to most of the workers under him) -No employee appreciation
