Some team members are compassionate and genuinely care about the people they serve. The mission sounds great on paper

Cons

Leadership lacks transparency and consistency. Communication is indirect, and concerns raised by staff are often ignored or brushed aside. There’s little emotional or psychological support, especially during conflict resolution or high-stress situations.

Although the work is challenging the participants make it place! You will form amazing relationships with them and helping them learn and grow will enrich your life!

Cons

Management shows very little care for the team. They do little things here and there but lack a real understanding of the day to day tole the job takes on the team. The are also very quick to point blame or reprimand the staff for any and every little thing.
