It’s a paycheck. Most of the TSR’s are nice to work with.
Cons
Administration is a joke! They are difficult to work, since they don’t care for their employees. The stress of answering call and taking a message in 2 minutes or less can be overwhelming. If callers are belligerent, rude, vulgar, or negative you must keep a level tone otherwise your automatically fired. They care more about their clients then their employees. Hence the large turn over rate. That is why they are constantly hiring.
