The only Pros was enjoying the non-owner team members at the company. They are what made working there easier.

Cons

The Managing Director and President are extremely unkind and abusive people. They will put you down, gaslight you, and make it very clear that they do not value you.

This PE group allows for very poor company operations and does not create an environment that fosters trust and stability for the acquired businesses. They also allowed for the extreme mistreatment of the employees and verbal abuse to occur in pursuit of turning a profit. I would never work for a Centre Lane owned business again.

Cons

This PE group does not build a portfolio with the people in mind. Beware if Centre Lane owned businesses
