Pros
Amazing management, they are caring and look out for you. It's a very flexible and caring work environment due to the low amount of employees. The space is very nice and good access to materials. Opportunity for artistic growth is also dominant in this work space.
Cons
Very stressful workload, requires more learning prerequisites then actually required if you don't want to cry at night. Courses such as dealing with kids with mental illness and dealing with very young children.
