Pros

travelling to different places at office expense

Cons

Horrible work culture and no work life balance constant phone calls and mails from the higher management and unreasonable deadlines- no clear way of explaining the details of many useless activities that are taken up no values and unclear/no leadership team/staff meetings happen only to pass time and to manage ego issues no compensatory off - work on sunday - and as the culture is- 24 X 7 Evaluation is not on merit and Too much of politics and snooping into other's conversations. The organisation does not have a clear strategy of how to go forward - it is misled by people who have no skills and background about the respective sectors- these people are close to the management-Employees from previous organisations - sourced to cover up many issues and these people though they have no skills get huge hikes because they are personally related to the higher management. The evaluation is done on the no. of phone calls made and no. of letters sent - They collect address details well- If they had the contacts list of entire india - All indian citizens would get a mail from this organisation - as mail merge helps send mail to thousands now- it will be lakhs then - on the pretext of dissemination of information or bombarding? it is a call centre organisation with a false mask - they say 24 X 7 work - they do not pay well they always keep saying high cost resource - but they do not pay well - they pay in the range of 25-30k and insult you- make you work like crazy. there are no elders or subject experts to help- no guidance. The work that happens at this place - only programme and events, video conferences- no research work or knowledge based work - only copy paste work and making phone calls to different people people come for programmes only to eat and go - no follow up on the work. original work not recognised - work that is recognised is how good are your skills at sycophancy it is a cash rich organisation and people are only deepening their pockets.
