      NO work life balance

      Pros

      Food, gym and lateral team members. Nice building as well

      Cons

      No power to do anything on your own. No creative freedom. Very rigid heirachy. If you are manager/leading an activity. You will be highly responsible for any small glitch. However no decision making will be part of your job. Follow the orders and be always ready to be then blamed if at all anything gets wrong!
