      I would not go to work here unless a lot of changes are made.

      Pros

      There are no pros anymore.

      Cons

      There is a lot of cons with working for this company. There isn't enough room to list them all. The biggest con is the owners and the upper management. Company morale is still very low. You don't allow accountants run an automotive company. They will auger the company right into the ground.

      Pros

      There's work but work is also offered at every other company who's hiring. You'll be treated and paid better elsewhere.

      Cons

      Where to start No reviews No raises No recognition No 401k match Terrible medical options HR - no human interaction, care or communication. Might as well be Robot Resources. Supervisors/management are "Yes men/women" who are loyal to paycheck from ownership group (First Brands Group). Do your research on ownership group. They've treated most, if not all, of their companies/employees the same. You're just a number to them. Supervisor's/managers won't champion/defend their employees.

      Overtime is paid. No other pros

      Cons

      The culture is like in pre-school, you must ask permission even to go to bathroom. Must be chained to your desk, otherwise you are not a productive employee. Very weak leadership. Management positions below paygrade
