Pros
Small company where each person's contribution is valued. Good management. Customers are treated right. Instructors get some flex time built in for prepping new material. The culture encourages communication and improvement, as well as periodic company events for socializing. Relatively small turnover. Respected within the community and literally one of the top Microsoft training vendors in the world.
Cons
Scheduling can be a double-edged sword for instructors. Sometimes it's very flexible, and sometimes there is extremely limited flexibility. Additional learning resources or collaboration could be provided.
