      I would NOT recommend this job to anyone simply because they ask you to do so much for so little.The company used Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) to get rid of good employees management didn't like.Except in an unprofessional way by just giving you hard time till you leave.

      Cons

      It's a big lie.People get fired all the time with no good reason. If you want to move up don't count on hard work to get you there. ,you need to get hookups from higher up.And they have to be snitches. It's not even a company,it's a gangster. Their motto is "Change is constant" & they don't disappoint. Policies & procedures change DAILY. To the point of confusion on what your job actually is,which can lead to high levels of stress that sometimes makes it not worth it. And no career possibility.No professionalism at all.

      Frauds No business ethics,no professionalism,total chaos. -personal dirty laundry are everywhere, harassment is everywhere -very poor experience with a very high salary -a very high salary but big fat 0 experience -watch for every single call u make & don`t sell what u don`t like to be cause u will lose your own respect to yourself -don`t try to buzzer us people for no valid reason to sell some fake products
