Pros
The office has a nice view of the Hudson. Every gets offices (even the interns)
Cons
Even with the rebranding (hey, we added a Chevron and #SimplyThrive) it's cheap lipstick on a pig. Their remaining clients are few, none are really on the horizon. The ones that are left are pissed. And why would you move your accounts there? What makes it different? The fact that they have 'senior leaders' in the helm? Do clients really want to hire a team so slim there's nobody to execute the volumes of work? I think not.
