Pros
Office location is close to my house
Cons
I have been at this company for some time and witnessed the toxic work culture first hand. New employee training was disorganized. For instance, I got a text on the last day of training (yes I missed nearly all of new employee training due to lack of communication from the company). The policies stated by management are different from policies listed in my employment offer letter. This employee feels disrespected as their work hours were changed after starting the position. This employee feels disrespected as their time off requests are ignored or denied due to lack of organization and poor management (this has happened twice now). Upper management does not respond to my questions about clinic operations/documentation/patient concerns. The providers were concerned about an approaching policy expiration date on the certificate of insurance for malpractice insurance (due to a fear of personal financial ruin). Instead of reassuring providers and providing them with the documentation/proof that their malpractice insurance is in place, corporate sent a nasty email threatening to write them up if they choose not to see patients until they have received the documentation from corporate. Corporate values submission. There is a lot of gossip in the office and a high employee turnover rate. Working here is not worth the stress.
