      Pros

      Great mortgage brokerage to work under. Offers fantastic support and training opportunities. Very good split. Brokerage has high quantity of agents which allows us to get the best products and rates.

      Cons

      100% commission based salary - can be difficult for agents just starting out. Takes a bit to get completely set up - making sure you are receiving all rate emails.
