Pros

There were no pro's in my short time with the team. Very many red flag. Benefit of this is they show their red flags early, which gives you the chance to get out quick.

Cons

Laziness from management trickles down to other team members. Really manipulative and grotesque culture. Lots of personal conversations rather than work and client support. Disorganized processes. Poor leadership. Use of profanities. Arrogant culture. No career advancement opportunity. No proper training for young members of the team. As someone who has worked in the Financial Services industry for some time as well as someone who knows plenty of others in the industry, I advise looking elsewhere for employment.

Although this is anonymous, I'm fairly certain this review is from a disgruntled employee who was terminated within three weeks of employment due to many circumstances. As you can see, every other review is 5 stars. Our employees are family to us and the backbone to our firm. Unfortunately some people are not a good fit. We win numerous industry awards for the great work we do. All of these along with our 25%+ growth rate and our 98%+ client retention speak for themselves.

Pros

Centurion supports growth & opportunity. It was the hardest decision to leave this firm. I was excited to go to work everyday. My colleagues and management were supportive, encouraging, and I always felt extremely taken care of. The firm is growing rapidly and it was an honor to be apart of it and see the team come together to support our firm’s goal. We work really hard, but always knew how to have fun too, we have off site team bonding activities and always shared lots of laughs and enjoyed each others company. I loved every second of being apart of the centurion family and would’ve stayed for my entire career if I wasn’t relocating for personal reasons. CWM is truly such a great place to work. Especially if you want to have room to grow and excel. They support designations if you wish to work towards them & work with you on how you want your career path to go. I wish them all the best and have gained multiple mentors here that I am so thankful for and for their consistent guidance and support, even on my departure with the firm. Truly one of a kind place to work! And the Centurion rocket ship is rapidly accelerating each and everyday! I highly recommend hopping on board if you get the opportunity to.

Cons

No cons, aa place to grow and excel with the firm’s full support!

Pros

Great firm values and company culture. Strong leadership from firm Partners that provide clients and team with decades of industry experience. Opportunities for professional development and advancement with the ability to grow with and within the firm. Recently ranked as a Top Financial Advisor in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia (Tri-State) area by AdvisoryHQ.

Cons

Office space is shared with other firms under the Broker Dealer. As the firm continues to grow it will likely have its own space.
