      People were great, that is why I stayed as long as I did

      Cons

      VP of Software was also the manager of that location. Treated everyone as replaceable, took away 401K, no raise for seven years, no upward mobility.

      There are many really great people who work here.

      Cons

      turnover is crazy, people leaving, people being fired every day. Frequently under-staffed. There is no such thing as a pay raise, unless you manage to get promoted, and promotions are not that common - they often hire from outside instead of inside. Benefits are decent.
