      Pros

      I work at the San Diego based Navy depot location. It's a laidback environment that works great for anyone that likes to independently and not much supervision.

      Have to conform to government protocols.

      great work load and lots of opportunity to travel

      management could use an overhaul. they are very disengaged and arent tracking anything their employees are doing. raises come few and far between and its really random who ever gets one if they do.
