      Can't really think of any

      Where to start? Local management are bullies and tyrants. Ruled by fear and camera watching all day. Make one mistake and you are fired. Cooperation between the functional groups is non existent even though their offices are just feet apart. Questionable ethics by management.

      There are no pros to working here

      Cons

      Mom and pop company trying to be big time. I watched 5 managers come and go in 8 months. Making me the 2nd most senior manager in only 8 months. Was told I was doing a great job then they eliminated my position and sent me packing. They don't take care of the machines or employees. Don't waste your time with these clowns.
