Supportive environment with high stress and pressure

Pros

Good earning potential if you’re willing to work hard. Supportive coworkers, fast paced environment, and you learn a lot about communication and problem solving. Every day is different and management is usually willing to help if you ask questions.

Cons

Can definitely be stressful at times and the job isn’t easy emotionally since you speak with people going through financial hardship all day. Metrics and pressure can be high depending on the day.

Only good if you can survive on minimum wage

Remote work and zero micromanagement

Cons

The leads are absolutely horrendous. Base pay is minimum wage in your respective state and the commission structure makes it impossible to make earn a livable wage. The top 6-10 reps that are earning a livable wage are fed leads that actually want the program while everyone else tries to close leads who have told us over and over they only want a loan and not debt settlement. Unless you are being fed leads, you're basically getting paid minimum wage outside of a few deals a month. Absolutely terrible company.
