      Sales team weak. Sales leadership needs to change. Sales team turnover is a problem and poor execution.

      Pros

      Small dynamic company. Always welcomed new ideas. They were well received. Friendly environment. Other than sales, people stayed for decent amount of time and so was good environment to work with.

      Cons

      Sales organization was constantly under reorg. Was told that sales people did not have good network and missing out on lot of bids and sometimes not even part of the bids.
