      Pros

      Gain experience in the industry. Because it is a small company, there is some opportunity to expand your skill set.

      Cons

      Deep preferential treatment of family members on staff. Difficult to live with a daily reminder of the double standard in salary, hours, vacation time. Senior staff is in survival mode and spends a great deal of time and energy in "c-y-a" mode. Very dysfunctional from the top down.

      Pros

      Everyday is an adventure, great team of people all working hard to make dreams come true.

      Cons

      The dreams aren’t anyone else’s dreams. It’s just a re-wash repeat of ideas that don’t work. Pushed through a grinder till they become a flame that burns bridges.

      Pros

      Free coffee and snacks. If you get ill you’re banished from the office and treated like a leper.

      Cons

      Sexual abuse, racism, sexism, narcissistic, egotistical CEO/founder. About 80% of those who have left experience some form of PTSD. Company only had one success (Zhu Zhu Pets) in spite of themselves. It’s been downhill since 2010.
