      There are no pros at all!!

      Cons

      Horrible place to work. Managers can't manage and try to compensate for this by bullying their staff. I would strongly recommend anyone thinking of working here to reconsider.

      False / Hollow Promises, no work since passing the assessment

      Struggling to find any positives

      Cons

      You are expected to buy your own kit, pay for your own DBS check and then sit and wait for work. When I attended the assessment I was told the company was busy, more than two weeks on I have had no contact and no one at the company seems to want to keep in touch.

      Hi , Thanks for the feed back! The training is free to the candidate, but costs us over £1000.00 to deliver so no one is more committed to finding a candidate work than we are.
