Pros
Very strong technological and scientific IP that differentiates itself from many other biotech startups in this field. Small team allows for growth and exposure to many disciplines and skillsets. Good team culture. Based out of Biolabs NC incubator space, providing high quality modern labs in the center of downtown Durham. Team focused on innovative therapies for unmet clinical indications in oncology.
Cons
Yearly raises/bonuses are not paid out on a rigid schedule. Small team structure means there are not many opportunities for promotion. Currently do not have own facilities for radiolabeling work.
