      None, seriously, none. Couldn't have found a worse place to work at.

      Cons

      Mismanagement, micromanagement, poor allocation on resources, hero worship of the C-suite, just poor work culture all around.

      Incredible Mission - High Performance Culture

      Smart, mission-driven colleagues. AI driven, disruptive technology. Growing and scaling company, with tremendous business upside potential.

      Cons

      A con for some, but a pro for others. Fast-paced, data driven, high performance environment. For those who want to be surrounded by incredibly talented people who deeply care about the mission, and are willing to work hard and collaboratively to make Ceribell successful.
