      Pros

      Get easily hired with no or minimal relevant experience in inpt auditing. Work what every time you want to work.

      Cons

      Manager not experienced inpt auditing, not knowledgeable of the skill set needed. Pay not commensurate with experience & job duties. Lots of favoritism. work with poor systems to produce a lot of work.

      -You’re a number: your lines per day and that’s what it comes down to. -Trainers are knowledgeable but unprofessional in their approach and behavior. -Low morale -Low pay with unrealistic expectations. -Low training success rate

      Pros

      Beautiful office space, bosses accessible, individual break rooms for privacy.

      Cons

      They expect you to learn about a years worth of work in three months. They say you can ask several questions and to be open with them, however they make you feel uncomfortable and look down on for asking said questions. I also didn’t appreciate the bosses when we had meetings they would possibly call people out for their mistakes. There was also a very noticeable favoritism among the department.
