The opportunity to wear many hats can supercharge growth and the problems to solve are interesting and challenging. Despite building many processes from the ground up, the support I've received is great and I've never felt adrift on strategy or direction.

Cons

Building new processes can be daunting and demanding and lead to friction, so it is not an environment for everyone
