The days are long, pay is not competitive roundys pays 25.78 to start, they make you work your 6th day and wonder why everyone quits, the company is just so toxic. As a order selector it's your job to hit your quota, many high Seniority guys such as myself even get fed orders, I like it because I get a huge bonus but then it makes it unfair to new employees, we recently had a new contract where we literally had to fight for 1$ raise, then after we got that they punish "heros" by making us work 6 days a week, write you up if you don't hit your numbers and wonder why every new guy hits 40% a few months makes his money then bounces, the director of warehouse absolutely no employee enjoys, the CEO is new but just follows suit, she's making her money and the company is thriving so why make employees happy.
I would say this is a job to come, squat a few months they won't write you up make good money then bounce, the culture is terrible, the employees all hate there jobs, no one's happy. But it's a job.
This is not a place you would be happy to retire from, literally no one's happen besides management which are not union employees and honestly most of them even hate there jobs.
This company made 187 million last year alone and made employees almost strike to get a dollar raise and then thanked them by mandating them on there day off.
Like I said come squat, make your money and bounce
