      Newbie, green, and unfair-Don't waste your time

      Pros

      Not one employee I spoke with was happy about working at this company. You may be the first.

      Cons

      Management terminated me after one week for a reason that was fabricated and without notice. They are just getting to know their client and have no clue about the project at hand. This is not a place to be if you are looking for career growth or to be mentored.

      Nightmare Workplace

      Great opportunity for someone who enjoy working for corrupted organization

      Cons

      Working with CTE is a nightmare. From the top down is clueless of how the organization should be run. HR has been working for a few years on cleaning up a mess that causes late paychecks, and incorrect benefits. CEO only cares about the bottom line, he don't know how to appreciate good employees. He only care about getting new contracts and working employees to death with no additional compensation. It's just a matter of time before this organization crumble. Lots of employees leaving, 5 in last two weeks.

      Small Business with Big Ideas on Employee Engagement

      Great environment with growth potential. Very hardworking and quality employees in the internal office and in the field locations. Benefits are competitive with other small businesses. Open door policy, peer to peer recognition and process improvement suggestion options for all employees. ISO and CMMI certified. Winners of Nunn Perry Award. Very involved leadership. Our employees are constantly recognized for their value added to the projects that we support. Very quick paced environment that welcomes ideas and innovation within our workplace. Love working here. It is challenging and rewarding.
