Cheap company which does business with employees

Guys I have worked here for some considerable time (several months) and I am giving my honest review here from my experiences. My sincere advice is to avoid joining in this company at any cost as all they do is take money from the employees.To be frank, there is no need for any degree to get this job, all you need is a mobile and sim full of money.
Cons
First, they will hire you and add you to a WhatsApp group and try to influence you by some sweet words and bucket full of lies, and make you join in their hostel called HOMEOUT for the high prices.Then they will mail you an appointment letter for one date and then later they will postpone it just before 2 or 3 days citing some silly reasons.Then after some time, they will repeat the process again and again.At the time of joining, they won't even ask for appointment letter and they won't even ask any proof or id's.The company won't even issue id cards and you won't even have any proof to show as an employee.No matter what they do in the company there will be no proofs with you to prove.
