You will never be treated nicely. Your manager listens but does nothing, expect little or no support at all. Expect that your manager will favour your primadonna team mate that bullies you and worst, the primadonna team mate will be promoted. Then you have a service delivery manager that writes SOW when he had never seen one. The products they offer is not a true ERP system, its just all smoke and mirrors but looks promising because it sits in the Salesforce platform so you can expect that all your customers are all unhappy even before you reach 50% of your implementation. Customers always felt they were fooled. So not only you hate working with your team and your manager…you also felt violated by abusive customers lashing out on you because the solution does not deliver what they expected. I felt abused on so many fronts but when I verbalised it to HR and my manager, I was told that I was having my own version of truth. HR and management is really great for making you doubt yourself and really affected my mental health. Thank you financialforce
